Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is one of the most popular places to visit at Christmas time for it's lighting displays. There are no HOA fees in our development, yet in 2009 a neighborhood committee raised $20K thru donations to repair & paint outer walls, replace trees & plants and replace the signage at both entrances. Koko Peli Golf Course, Cosco, Frys, Safeway and Home Depot are less than one mine away. There is a large city park that is always keep in excellent condition.
