Note: This property is a split-entry house that has fully separated upstairs and downstairs. This listing is for the upstairs space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,300 sqft unit in an serene and friendly Bryant / Ravenna neighborhood formed by a few dead-end streets. This was a home for our family of four from 2020 to 2023. We needed to relocate, but are excited to share this gem of a house and location with others. Some things we love: - BRIGHT. If you haven't lived in Seattle, take note - light matters. This space is South facing over an open area with large windows, meaning it gets the best light year-round. - SPACIOUS. This home has a great floor plan that is open and airy. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are very comfortable for our family of 4. Large kitchen offers ample counter space and storage. Large back patio with BBQ is great for outdoor hosting. - SERENE. This home is nestled in a neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street, across from the beautiful Ravine, and with unprecedented green space. If you're a green thumb, there's plenty of opportunity. - CONVENIENT. Our oasis is minutes from UW, great restaurants, University Village, parks and playgrounds, public transit (including the new Roosevelt lightrail station), and the rest of the amenities of the city. Easy access to downtown Seattle and the 520 bridge that connects to the Eastside. Ample parking in front of the house and on the streets. - COMFORTABLE. Seattle winters can be rainy and dim, but the summers are increasingly hot. The space includes central A/C so you will be comfortable year-round. - KIDS-APPROVED. With large open space around the house, no traffic and flat streets, and lots of neighborhood children, it's ideal for another family with kids. Our kids enjoyed biking in the neighborhood and visiting their friends down the street. Other things to know: - The space is currently occupied by our tenants and the furnishing is different from the photos. We can provide some of the furniture you see in the photos - e.g., the sofas, floor lamp, etc. Let's discuss. - The house is a traditional split-level, and this space is for the top half - shown fully in the floor plan. The bottom half - with a completely isolated entrance and garden - is also open for rent and will have other tenants. Let us know if you're interested in the whole house. - Utility is charged on the whole house (upstairs unit and downstairs unit) and will be split equally between the two units. - We are living within an hour drive so we're nearby for any needs. And this is still our home, so it's our interest to help maintain and care for it. - We prefer no cats or dogs due to allergies. An initial 13-month lease is required (move out date 8/31/2026). Tenant is responsible for cable, internet, and utilities (shared with the lower level unit). No smoking. A deep cleaning service is required at move-out.
