Bought 3 bed 1.1/2 bath home off Andresen and 58th street in Vancouver last year. Converted 1/2 the garage into a room with shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms in the house have new toilets and the main bathroom has a new shower/tub. Need to move back to Portland so I'm putting it up for sale. Put too much into it to pay realtor commissions so I'm trying to sell it myself. It is currently rented to 2 tenants. One in the garage conversion and one in the house. It will get more expensive if I have to get a realtor involved.
