You'll have your own bathroom and access to shared common spaces in the house so it's great if you're looking for a balance of privacy and community as well! We have 3 living rooms in the home (including the basement), and 3 patios that are south / southwest facing for great sunset views of the mountains and downtown. Location: Close to Denver International Airport for quick travel. A short 15 minute drive to downtown Denver for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Convenient access to CU Anschutz and Aurora, making it perfect for young professionals or post grad students. We're located right next to Dick's Sporting Goods Arena (where Phish has historically played, RUFUS DU SOL is performing in August, biggest fireworks show July 4th weekend in CO, where the Rapids play, etc) The neighborhood is really safe- located close to a police station and neighbors are all great people. There's about a dozen or so 'parks' in the immediate vicinity. The Home: The appliances in the home are all top of the line Thermador grade The oven and stove are gas powered allowing for great modulation of heat. We have 2 refrigerators so everyone has available space for meal prepping or storing groceries. The furniture is a mix of items from Arhaus, CB2, Restoration Hardware in order to provide a more luxurious and modern feel of the home. The home is a mix-gendered household with friendly roommates. There are 2 dogs (a 4 year old Mexican street dog and a 4 year old golden retriever) in the home, so we are unable to accommodate additional pets at this time. Nick- 30 years old, revenue and operations analyst for Alterra (IKON Pass for all you skiers), from Portland Michael- 38 years old, flight attendant for United, from Santa Fe Heather- 29 years old, resident psychologist finishing up her rotations, from St. Pete, Florida Wilber- 30 years old, product manager in InsurTech, from San Francisco We're all fairly close so it would be awesome to have someone who would also want to be friends though it's not necessary. We are fairly social and outgoing though on weekdays we do like to be homebodies watching reality tv, sports, cooking together or just catching up on life. On weekends, you'll often catch us skiing, going out to restaurants or bars or staying in. We do have dinner parties / social events ~once every 1.5 months where we have friends over and let people mingle so it's been a great avenue to meet friends and expand our circles. We do also have game nights where we might just open a few bottles of wine and chill. We are a smoke free household, LBGTQ+ friendly, left leaning and politically aware as well!
