New appliances only been used for a year, but the dishwasher does not work properly and the ice maker on the refrigerator is not hooked up to the water line. Previous tenant did find mold in the unit - the ceiling is sort of cracked in the bathroom and the shower door does not close properly but I will replace the glass sooner or later. One of the best features is the proximity to wildlife and amphibians If you like lizards and get ready, because they always come in the front, the back door or the crack through the windows! The neighbors have already decorated your front and back patio spaces so no need to worry about that. Unit features a dedicated parking spot that is located in the back; no worries if the wood fencing next to it is pretty shabby, it will hold and HOA fixes it when it's inoperable. Pool view is included. The pool is older but cleaned weekly. Washer and dryer included but needs to be serviced. As dryer takes several cycles to complete. The window in the master bedroom has mold and cracks but we are working on recaulking the outside, so water does not keep entering unit during storms. Safety is key. You are unable to leave or enter property without a key fob. No need for Fetch package services. Close to Galleria.
