The neighborhood is wonderful. It's very quiet and most the houses are angled away from each other so you don't feel you are on top of each other, yet, they are close enough away to allow for easy interaction. The house is on a coul-de-sac, and is the very last house on the street. Due to the steepness of the road, we don't get a lot of foot or automobile traffic. This is perfect for the kids who love to play basketball, baseball, or ride scooters outside...and great for the adults from a sense of security.
