We have a ton of amenities including a jacuzzi, pool, club house, several laundry rooms, BBQ, free Wifi, 4 parking spaces....lots more.The layout is perfect for privacy as the bedrooms are separated by the very large common rooms. I never hear my roommates, and vice versa. Also, the Master Bedroom I'm renting is large enough to section it off and have your own little living room in there as well. (My previous roommates, a couple, did that and it was cool!)I'll even throw in a refrigerator free of charge! (we have two refrigerators).About me: I'm a young professional. I work full time in post production for TV and Film. I'm not often home due to my schedule, and I travel a lot. The living room is fully furnished, including a full home theater setup which you are more than welcome to use. We have cable internet, but no cable TV. However, we used to have it, so if you like it....the place is still wired. I don't party (those days a long behind me), so please be respectful of that. Looking to have a peaceful and relaxing home to come home to every day, hopefully you are too!I'm cool with a couple moving in as well and splitting the rent three ways equally.
