The house is a bungalo style from the 1920's with high ceilings and wood floors and tile. It is privacy fenced completely around it and has a screened in porche and attached laundry room with washer and dryer, the water is included and no pet dep required, we prefer a pet or two. The house has central a/c and plenty of shade. The parking is fine for two cars and a gated entrance. Its charm has to be seen to understand the lay out and coziness.
