This is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment but each bedroom has its own bathroom. This is the largest room and bathroom of the entire apartment. There is only one other resident in the apartment but they are located on the opposite side. I never see or hear them and I'm at home a lot. There is an alarm system as well that's attached to every door and window of the apartment. It has been that way for over a year. Located on the first floor so no stairs. Requires a gate code/card to enter via vehicle or foot. I love the apartment and have been here for over 2 years but I am moving states and it's pretty last minute. You do not have to be a student to live here. Most people who live here are not students. They will not ask for any documentation or proof of income when applying. You only need an ID when signing your lease when you move in. Comes furnished. The staff is pretty amazing. They work with you when your late on rent. They have payment plans, etc. Renewing your lease here is a simple process that's done via email if you want to stay longer. Lease end 07/26/2020. Everything included in rent. Free cable/internet.
