Located in the desirable Harder Hall area, this gorgeous pool home is a private retreat with your massive pool in a park-like garden setting. Several fruit trees: 2 varieties of mango, jackfruit and avocado as well as the majestic oak shade tree in the front yard. Home features three bedrooms and two full baths. New roof in 2024, new pool pump and heater in 2024, new exterior paint in 2025 including driveway resurfacing and pool deck sealed/painted to match driveway with Sherwin Williams products professionally done in a gorgeous flagstone pattern. All new exterior lighting in 2025. Garage interior resealed/painted in 2026. Includes 2 spacious storage sheds. We updated the exterior beautifully to look and feel like a tropical resort. The interior: we had a new vanity installed in the guest bath and a vent fan as well as new lighting and paint. The balance of the interior is in overall good condition with the kitchen and master bath needing updating. The asking price reflects this. There is a sliding glass door to the pool from three places: kitchen, great room and master bedroom where a hot tub awaits just outside the master bedroom sliding door. The master suite is an entire end of the house making it very spacious. Has a sliding glass door to your private hot tub and pool. The master bath is in good overall condition with a nostalgic whirlpool tub (which still works) and sink in a beautiful 1985 mauve....again the asking price reflects the updating needed. Air conditioning/heating was upgraded to high efficiency mini split units which save money compared to conventional forced air systems. 220 volt mini split was installed in the Family/Great Room/Dining Room vaulted ceilings area and a 110 volt mini split was installed in two bedrooms...the master and guest bedrooms. The third bedroom/storage/art room has a ceiling fan which we found to provide ample air circulation. Approximately 2/3 of the flooring in the house is ceramic tile for very easy maintenance. Interior pictures are from when we bought the house. New interior pictures will replace these soon...without so much furniture :-) The house feels huge inside with the cathedral ceiling in the family/great room and dining room area. We had intended to remodel the interior by knocking down the wall between the kitchen and great room and making a modern open concept home with a new custom chef's kitchen. This home in this neighborhood is the perfect one to update in this manner for maximum value.
