Hey, can I tell you why Justin & Tasha picked this house? It will probably be the same reasons you will too. They really liked the dark toned laminate floors, the updated vibe, that the HVAC is practically new, the corner lot and the floor plan. But you know, what really got them is that they got all that inside PLUS one of the best Masterson lots they had ever seen. This place sits on a corner, so the lot is a little wider than most, which also means no house on one side of you. It is perfectly flat and big enough for pets/parties/outdoor activities.....fully fenced too with a new large deck! They also thought having the garage on the side of the house was nice since it makes the front of the house look prettier. If you want updated, move in ready plus a fantastic backyard, come check it out.
