Home has had a long time, reliable tenant that has been too kind for words. She has maintained the property and notified us of any repairs that were required, for example brand new, energy efficient HVAC unit with entire new ductwork added to ensure heating and air conditioning works well. This tenant will vacate the property at the end of the month. My husband and I have decided that we are no longer in a close proximity to facilitate this rental house. Additionally, we have had a change in occupations with law firms and partners. We are looking to sale.
