    My home is a great and very cute “mountainy” log cabin, with wood inside and out. Walls and floors have been completely refinished. I love the huge loft and the open floor plan. You can have a sense of space and openness downstairs with some wonderful cozy spaces in the loft. With the loft, the house has three bedrooms, two of them with new carpeting. It is located on a quiet, paved tree-lined road in the Beaver Mountain section of Coosawattee, close to the resort’s entry gate for easy access to the world outside the mountains. It has all new kitchen appliances and countertop, new bathroom vanities and mirrors. It's bright and cheerful with an open high-ceiling living room and plenty of windows to see the gorgeous trees and backyard. Step out onto the back deck that spans the entire back of the house and look into a private, very shady and tree-filled backyard that backs onto ‘your own private forested area’ – just for you to watch the many deer and other animals that live in Cooswattee. Enjoy the ceiling fans in the summer – and put in your own outside heaters for the winter. The backyard, while fully shaded, has plenty of open space under the trees so you could have a wonderful and peaceful barbecue for family and friends anytime you want. This home has two bedrooms downstairs, just off the living area, and the huge loft which can be used as a bedroom, entertainment area or just a cozy place to ‘get away’ and read a great book. You could use one area of the loft for a home office, if you want one. If you are interested in buying this home as a second home for yourself or an investor – and want to rent it during the season, when you are not using it, it would be a great buy. Everyone who has seen pictures of the house or visited it loves how ‘cute’ it is. It is currently rented with a positive cash flow. With affordable financing, you should have no problem renting it seasonally and/or annually or semi-annually. Neighborhood Description Coosawattee River Resort is a large gated community in the North Georgia mountains in Ellijay, GA. It has loads of amenities for only $400 annually. These include tubing, canoeing, 3 swimming pools and a fishing pond to name a few. It is a very desirable neighborhood.
