The complex is called The Gables at the Terrace. Address is 2301 S Mopac Expressway. The place is very spacious. It is on the 2nd floor. All appliances work well. There are a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is parking within the gated community. We never have trouble finding a parking spot. You can also pay for a reserved spot with an overhang if you're interested. I don't know what pets are allowed - you would have to call the apartment complex. The complex is safe and quiet. There is trail access to the Green Belt about 100 yards from this apartment, which is perfect for running and hiking. About 200 yards in the other direction there are two outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and charcoal grills. This apartment complex has definitely been my favorite of 4 apartments that I've lived in while I've been in Austin. It is located at the intersection of Mopac and 360, and is minutes away from the Sculpture falls trailhead. It's very close to downtown, and a 5 minute drive from Zilker Park. My roommate and I are looking to transfer our lease for the whole 2 bed 2 bath apartment - no subletting - so you will have to apply through the apartment complex - the application fee through the complex is $80 per person. Move in date is flexible, but preferably after March. The lease officially ends on July 10th. If you're interested in just one of the rooms, but not the whole apartment, feel free to reach out. My roommate and I are both mid-20's guys, work from home, quiet, clean, respectful, easy to live with.
