Unit 202 is located on the 2nd floor with a full view of the gulf and white sandy beaches. Our unit sleeps six people accommodated with a one bedroom with two queen beds plus an on suite full bathroom. In the living room is a queen size fold out couch with a view of the beach. The other full bathroom is located in the hall across from the kitchen. The lanai has seating for four and also a chaise lounge. There is a propane grill on the lanai for those who prefer to grill. This unit comes fully furnished with linens, bedding, and utensils needed for the kitchen. As a bonus we offer use of fold out beach chairs, umbrellas and floats stored in our patio closet. Rental rate varies from the spring to the fall (average $1,200.00 week). Higher rates apply during Memorial weekend, July 4th & Labor day. Advance $200.00 refundable deposit required to reserve unit.
