    WELCOME HOME This place is my baby. I built her myself, well, not all of her... BUT A LOT. I redid the kitchen and BOTH bathrooms myself. I built the built-in bookshelf/TV center. I built the outdoor living room and kitchenette in the guest suite. I put the solar panels on myself. I built the whole back yard from scratch. Looks great, huh? Lot's of love has gone into this home, and now it can be yours. But, I'm moving back to the West Side, so it's back on the market. She's a gem. Great light all day, amazing yard, incredible location. Walk to grocery store, tennis courts, dog park, hiking trails, train, like 100 cafes and shops on Figueroa. Its an epic spot. And I'm an epic landlord. For real, that's a huge perk of living here. I'm very cool, and responsive and fix shit as needed. There is another unit downstairs and they are great, love them both, very sweet couple. The neighbors are all amazing, I'm friends with them all. It's basically like the show friends. There are two private parking spots in the back of the house, plus an EV charging plug that is a 220V (fast charging). There are also solar panels, which will save you up to $200/month in utility bills. My bill went from $200/month to $10. So, that's huge. There is some garage space for storage, I have a lot of stuff in there, but you can put stuff in there too. I know how important storage is. The apartment can come furnished or semi-furnished or not furnished depending on your liking. I'll prob just charge an extra $100 for furnishings. Up to you. Or just keep some stuff, I'm easy. Cheers Owner pays for water. Tenant pays electric - but there is basically FREE electricity from the solar panels. Up to around $200/month.
