This is a very nice looking small house. I have had a section 8 renter in the past and the house always passed inspection. It has been upgraded with new carpet in the bedroom and living room. Recently remodeled bathroom looks very nice. The off street alley access is right beside the house. Very quiet and good neighbors. A must see.
