Room for rent in lower nob hill. 3 quiet, drama free older men looking for a roommate. 2 of the roommates are retired and I am a middle aged man that works hospitality. The 3 of us pretty much stay to ourselves and other than movies and sports (go giants) we are fairly quiet. This is an old building and we are not the cleanest. We do get things fixed as soon as we can and do pick up after ourselves. Amenities including wifi are included. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
