I have a self built cabin/house/kinda tiny home for sale. It will need moved off the property after purchase. I was quoted just under $4,000 to move it 30miles from its current location. Its a 16'x36' 16' tall "1.5 stories" its not 100% finished because of planing to move it later weight would be an issue if finished out. Its completely livable. Me and my family of 6 have been living in it full time for almost a year. Upstairs: 2 - 12x15 bedrooms with separated 5x12 walk through closet 8x12 library/family area/extra rooms(could be made into anything really Down stairs: Utility room: with water softener/propane tankless water heater Kitchen: 12 ft of counter space with open selves farmhouse fire clay sink, refrigerator, no stove but counters can be modified to fit one in just let me know Bathroom 1 (1.5) 5x5 with walk in shower Dinning room: can fit a 3x6 table but its on the tight size doable cause thats what we have been using Living room: has a love seat then the rest is a cast iron wood buring stove with a glass front. Master bedroom: is 9x16 with a walk in 5x8 closet that leads to a master bath Bathroom 2(full): 2x4 stock tank tub with double rain fall shower heads. Rooms Roughly 5x8 Has 3 mr.cool 12k mini splits. 2 upstairs 1 in the master Will try to get pictures of the inside was we get boxes out of the way.
