Step out the back door to a larger pool and a fenced yard. There is an outdoor shower and laundry located in the rear shed. We would allow one small dog. This is a one year lease. There is a credit/criminal check required. We do not require renters insurance but suggest it. 12 month lease. One dog allowed. Security deposit required. Insurance not required but suggested.
