Incredibly affordable + really cute two bedroom/1 bath duplex available September 1st. We've lived here for years and love it, but my husband accepted a job elsewhere and we have to move. The duplex is an end unit next to an open field, so it is very private. There is a medium sized backyard, perfect for a dog. The backyard has two garden beds and the front has one. This really is a perfect first place for a couple, or for two roommates! There are washer/dryer hookups, we would be open to selling our current units. Can have up to two dogs, it is not cat friendly. Property is managed by Armadillo, we've had really good experience with them. They seem to take care of these properties super well! You will have to apply through them.
