The main home features a totally updated kitchen, luxurious master bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom of the main house has a queen bed and a well-appointed second bath with walk-in tile shower. The material selections are modern, yet timeless. You'll love the Florida decor, designed to be attractive, festive and comfortable. The guest bungalow has also been updated reflecting the same quality and attention to detail as the main home. The outdoor spaces are abundant and dreamy places to pass time. Like the back deck Tiki Hut with soft seating, the elevated dining table overlooking the pool and courtyard, poolside lounge chairs, and Tiki Bar on the sandy poolside "beach." Remote workers, streamers and gamers will enjoy the efficiency of high speed internet. Those who like to start the day by enjoying fresh air and an outdoor walk will appreciate the charming brick streets leading to two neighborhood lakes. Those who like to ride bikes can rent any number of bike styles from a shop only half a mile away. We're a quick ride to the Pinellas Trail, Skyway Trail, Clam Bayou or downtown St Pete via dedicated bike lanes. If you prefer to walk to dinner, there are a number of good options within about .5 mile, including an Ukrainian Bistro, Gluten Free Cafe, and a great dive bar with excellent food, along with a fabulous grocery store specializing in organic foods. There is even a wine/liquor store and a Starbucks within walking distance. Treasure Island beach is only 3 miles away and is also served by bike lanes. St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grill & Ft. Desoto beaches are nearby too. The city of St Petersburg Sun Runner is a dedicated bus loop to scenic and action packed downtown St. Pete and to the beaches of St. Pete. The bus stops are an easy walk from the house. With such a serene home and garden to enjoy, you may never want to leave, but if you want to get out and about, this is a fabulous location to access all of the best things there are to do on the beautiful peninsula of St. Petersburg, whether it be by foot, bike, bus or car. Owner pays for water, weekly pool/lawn service, monthly housekeeping, and utilities (except for pool heat) Pool can be heated but the equipment can only be handled by a professional service. We love dogs but we don't love what they leave behind. Please clean up after your pet.
