When walking up the front pathway to the house, this unit would be to the left. It's front door is on the side of the building (facing south). We have very nice renters who will be living in the northern unit through Summer of 2023 or longer. Mowing is included. The tenant is not responsible for mowing the grass or other yard work. This unit is 2 bed, 2 full bath with one bedroom/bath combo on the main floor and one bedroom/bath upstairs. It is 1,350 square feet which does not include the spacious unfinished basement (great for storage). Amenities include a large side deck along with a nice shared bon fire area in the backyard (both units of the duplex can use the bon fire area). The unit comes with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of street parking available on the front of the house and is free 24/7. The other unit has a driveway in back where these tenants mostly come-and-go from. Pets are welcome! The owners live 25 minutes away and are quick to respond to any issues the tenants may have. Washer and dryer are included in the rental. Pets of all size welcome (dogs will love the huge yard).
