We are renting out two of the three rooms in the house on the first floor.The first room is included with the bathroom with a price of $700 a month and the second room is included with the same bathroom $680 a month. If you want to rent both rooms, then it would be $1300 a month. However we don't allow cooking.Once in a while is fine but we would appreciate no cooking. Our house is also a Chinese household and our lifestyle might not be suitable and comfortable for Americans. It is also difficult to communicate so it is better for Asians. We apologize for this and hope you could understand.There is one window and one closet in the room. The location of our place is very quiet and safe.
