Street parking is typically available right in front of the house. Tenant in the adjoining unit has been in the property for many, many years and they use the driveway for parking. Mature landscaping creates privacy for this unit and between the adjoining unit. Tenant Must NOT be a smoker- adjoining unit has occupant who is highly allergic and cannot tolerate smoke. Owner pays water, tenant pays gas & electric, and internet & cable if desired. Pet is on a case by case decision
