Very large private master bedroom in a lovely, quiet home. The room has its own private bathroom and has its own private entrance. The space is newly renovated; the bathroom, floor and shower are brand new, and it is freshly painted. The property has orange, grapefruit, peach, plum and avocado trees. The kitchen, living/dining area is a shared area. The other people in the house are quiet, considerate, clean and I am looking for someone who is a good fit. It's a nice neighborhood. Plenty of available street parking. Costco is right down the block. There is no smoking allowed. I am looking for a non-smoker. I am open to a 6 month, or a year lease. If it turns out to be a good fit, I am open to longer terms. Parking is street parking, but that is never a problem. We have street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday, so there are parking restrictions on those days from 8-10am. The house is a clean, quiet environment. I am looking for a responsible tenant that will be a good addition, and that will do their part as far as keeping the house clean on a regular basis. It's a great place to live, and I want everyone in the house to feel comfortable. I live in a guesthouse in the back, so I am around to deal with any issues.
