Our in-law suite is available for rent! Private entrance on the side of my house. You will be able to use a code of your chose to open the door to the suite. Everything is included, water, WIFI, electricity, and garbage. There are laundry mats around my house. It has a brand new walk in shower. The bed and mattress are new. I do have a pool that you can use if you want to. No parties or over night guests! A waver will be signed when you sign your lease to indicate that I am not responsible for any injuries you incur due to your own actions. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone minds there own business. We have great neighbors that look out for us. We do have a outdoor cat. He stays to himself and sleeps all day LOL Month to month $1200 or weekly $300. If you're renting month to month, 1st and security is due when signing the lease. No overnight guests. No pet's allowed. No smoking inside or on my property. No drugs allowed on the property. You can park in my driveway.
