Sublet. Lease is up in February, or you can sign on for a full year. Gorgeous pre-war studio apartment. Third floor- high ceilings. Perfect for one person, or two people who get along well. Has an open living area, and a little side room that's perfect for a bed. This is a large studio, very open and roomy. The kitchen is compact and cute: full stove, plenty of storage, and enough room to fit a small table or shelf for extra counter space. Comes with a microwave. The apartment came with gorgeous vintage shelving, too, but I had it taken out so I could put in my own. Plenty of natural light with big beautiful windows. Coin laundry and bike storage in the basement. Quiet, kind and respectful neighbors. The location is right off of Broad Ripple Ave and College. Steps away from the Vogue, the post office, Hubbard & Cravens coffee, Broad Ripple park, and any restaurant you could possibly imagine. As busy as the street is, you don't hear much outside noise-- makes for great nights in or out. Free parking in the lot right behind the building or on the street. Never had a single problem finding a spot. CVS, gas station, Kroger, and quick stop within a 5 minute walking time. Nice, respectful landlord and excellent maintenance man. I adore this apartment, and if I could take it with me to a new city I would. Cats and small dogs OK. Renter pays for electric and internet.
