Its a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that has 2128 sqft.of living space under its roof. The house is very solid as far as structure and the home has a very large sized master bedroom which sits on the northern end of the home while the other 3 are all on the southern side of the home and the master bedroom also has a huge bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall and storage cabinet and its like heaven in there! There's 2 parlors and theres a 1/2 bath in the laundry area right off the dining room, and the island kitchen is also very roomy with a lot of cabinets for storage space. The stove, fridge and dishwasher are all only a few months old. The outside area is very big with lots of room to plant flowers or veggies put in an above ground pool or make a mini golf course, it's big enough for that. The patio has been screened in and is very nice to enjoy gatherings of friends and family, or to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet with the breeze to keep you cool as you take a nap. The 3 bedrooms are very roomy and have built in closets along with ceiling fans and a large paned window in each room which slide upwards so you can have the cool air filter through the room or leave the window locked and pull up the blinds so you can see outside. The home has fire alarms throughout the inside, and motion sensor lights outside to let you know if anyone should enter the yard from any direction. We also put in a doggie door that goes out to the back yard for a small to medium sized dog or cat.
