A few minutes away from grocery stores, gas stations, shopping centers, local bars, local restaurants, plenty of shopping and thrifts/vintage store as well. 20 minutes away from most places in Phoenix. I am looking for a responsible and clean roommate between 18-40 who likes to be social or even who keeps to themselves, I'm cool with whichever and I'm super respectful of peoples space. You will have full access to the house, kitchen, living room, washer laundry unit in the back, and a shared clean bathroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. There is a big backyard for storage if you need to store anything. Your parking spot will be in front of the house on the street. Asking $950 a month which includes utilities and Internet like I mentioned prior, also a $950 deposit that will be returned to you after moving out. I do have one dog so must be okay will that but she is people friendly and super sweet. Lease options are 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. If you do need to move out prior to lease ending we can discuss that as well. After your lease is up I'm open to month to month.
