This is a short term rental available from November 1, 2022 though February 2023 and possibly a little later, for A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS. We hope you will consider our Mercer Island home in the center of it all! Surrounded by trees, you will feel miles away in this country-like setting. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and spas, yet with complete privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac, and backing up to a horse pasture. Our home has four bedrooms, or three and an office and two and one half baths. We are no more than a 12 minute drive to Seattle or Bellevue or take public transportation with a bus that stops at the head of the street. Short term rental only. Flexible move in date however there is a Minimum 30 days rental period STARTING NOVEMBER 1, 2022. Please no smoking and remove shoes upon entering the home. We pay for a home cleaning every other week and it is included in the rent. $40.00 re-usable credit report to be paid for by applicant.
