It's a first floor unit and parking is right outside the front door. There are no stairs to navigate. There is a queen sized bed in one bedroom and a full sized bed in the other. The kitchen is fully stocked for your use. There's a washer/dryer in the condo with laundry soap for your convenience, and fiber WiFi is included. If you'd like to bring an air mattress that is fine. We do ask that you please let us know the exact number of people that will be staying in the condo. Maximum number of people is 6. This unit is available as a 3-6 month lease depending on your interest! No parties - note that this is a first floor condo, and you may hear people in the unit above you from time to time. Dogs are allowed with an increased security deposit amount. STR License: STR21-093 Owner pays all utilities, including WiFi and HOA fees. Renter is only responsible for monthly rent.
