Owner/Broker This home is a great price! It was remodeled about 4 years ago. Since then the house has shifted a little and I was told it needed 2 or 3 piers on the left side. I will not do anything to it and I'm selling it "AS IS". Several years ago it did pass for a USDA loan but their financing fell through. It had a structural engineer report done at that time and it passed. This home is on the side of a hill and water was hitting the house. I have added a rock wall and french drains. The water no longer hits it but I was told that was what caused the bedroom to shift. It needs some new flooring and the shower had a leak that caused some damage too. I will consider owner financing with a minimum of $20,000 down. The a/c and electric have been updated too.
