This is a fully furnished UPSTAIRS mini apt in my home that is completely furnished and has its own PRIVATE ENTRY, DRIVEWAY AND PARKING totally seperate from us, and is on the 600 block of Shelby Ave and only 1 mile to downtown Nashville(no tornado damage here). We are considering leases for month to month housing. We will NOT consider anyone showing Covid symptoms. Separate entry, separate driveway. Queen Bed in BR, Stove, mini fridge, microwave, washer and dryer in unit. Do not meet or speak with anyone except me. Sharon month to month. You pay your portion of utility bills and cable access, with a $125 per month deposit upfront for the first months utilities. This will be prorated and adjusted as the bills come in. Square footage estimated. Will not rent unfurnished. Some pets may be ok, but check with Sharon "FIRST..." A portion of your rent will go to a local State of Tn animal rescue charity. To move in you will need, first and last months rent, security/damage deposit of @$1000, plus a $125 utility deposit. If you have a pet, and we approve it, there will be a pet fee as well that depends on the type, breed, size, and age of the pet. Normally around $ 3 per day. There is a small side yard with a small privacy fenced area. we are located on the Shelby Walk,so you have immediate access to a sidewalk that leads from the 5 points area (a 5 min walk) or across the pedestrian bridge to Broadway.areas about a 20-25 min walk. Currently owner is having difficulties with communication elements/wifi access etc. May take a couple of days to respond. Owner who normally lives downstairs on main level is not onsite due to virus lockdown terms but my adult boys are still there living at the home. They have NO information or control over this rental. Do not disturb!
