I'm NOT looking to rent out the entire condo JUST THE ONE SPARE BEDROOM. So yes you will have a live-in landlord but I'm pretty laid-back, don't really have many rules. The room is 10'x12' with a closet and a window overlooking the backyard. You'll have your own room with the kitchen, living room, and dining room being common areas. The bathroom has a walk-in tile shower. It is a shared bathroom but it is a fairly decent size. There is second bathroom downstairs. There's a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There are walkways throughout the neighborhood and a neighborhood pool that is open during the summer months. If you like animals, then you should enjoy living here, I have two dogs and a cat. I was in the middle of renovating the condo when some financial issues through a wrench into those plans. So there are some unfinished things here and there, but the room itself does not require work. This location would be great for a college student due to it being less than 10 minutes away from the local campuses. Or a nurse because it is extremely close to several major regional hospitals. All utilities are in the landlords name but half of all utilities are factored into rent cost. Rent is due on the 1st. First months rent and deposit due upfront. Renter must show proof of employment/steady income. Modifications to your room are 100% allowed. Common area modifications must go through landlord before being implemented.
