Here is a perfect home for a small family or someone just starting with room to grow with a new metal roof over both the house and garage. I redid the flooring throughout with hardwood underneath attractive luxury laminate with waterproof vinyl planks in the basement. The walkout basement has been made to feel like a home theater and I am willing to leave the 82" screen mounted downstairs at the starting price. The upstairs is homey and I will leave the ceiling speakers installed upstairs and downstairs. There are two bathrooms (downstairs has a shower and upstairs has a bathtub that can be used as a shower). It had two large trees that had to be cut down or shrunk down to avoid overhanging branches. The A/C unit is still pretty new and is sure to be good for years. Gas furnace, vinyl siding, laundry shoot, lots of storage room. There is a very watchful and agreeable group of neighbors on the block that I have grown to trust and a school in walking distance.
