My Mom is very easy going and friendly who makes for a good neighbor. -Available November 1st -House is heated and cooled by a brand new HVAC heat pump and A/C system but also has a modern wood fireplace insert and chimney. -Ford truck on the property available for your move-in (manual transmission) -Brand new gas water heater - shower and bath get nice and hot -Previous tenants are downsizing so some furniture is included: dining room table, bar stools, chairs, office desk (or we will sell the items you don't want) -Lots of gardening space available and you are welcome to landscape the property or paint walls if desired -Very child friendly and pet friendly house and neighborhood -Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Microwave/Fridge/Gas Range&Oven Included Happy to show the house this weekend (10/16-10/17) - please let me know any other questions you may have! -$25 month extra per month for pet rent -Tenants to pay their own utilities based on usage (back lot utilities are sub-metered) -One year lease required with first and last months rent, $950 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee due at signing (no application fee)
