I think this is a great home for a family. We have made the upstairs our kids area. Upstairs has three rooms: Computer/TV/Video games room, boys' bedroom, and a play room for toys and games. Downstairs has two rooms: master bedroom and the baby's bedroom. The living room is cozy. The dining room works out great for our breakfast nook. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space. The house has gas heat and hot water. There is gas ready to be used out in the garage. The backyard has gated alley access. Neighborhood Description All the neighbors are friendly and like to chat every once in a while when you are do yard work. Most of the houses on the block have kids.
