We recently had dimensional shingles put on the house roof. The siding and HVAC system were completely replaced in 2010/2011. New, wider gutters installed in 2011. Hardwood floors throughout the house were installed. Bathrooms and kitchen have vinyl flooring. There is ceramic tile directly at the main entry door to keep mud/dirt from getting on the hardwood. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is great! People are friendly and easy to get along with.
