Along with the 2 car garage, there are 4 closets and an unfinished basement providing LOTS of storage space. The kitchen was designed with baking in mind with an abundance of cabinets for storage and added countertop space for cooling baked goods or setting up a coffee station. The additional storage cabinets in the utility room are also a plus to separate food storage from cleaning/chemical storage. The front porch is bungalow style with a high ceiling and a ceiling fan for extra comfort and also helps shoo away mosquitos. The furniture in the photos can stay. The backyard is mostly fenced except by the garage which can be finished if requested. Pest control is included in the rent and wifi and lawn maintenance are negotiable. 12 month lease which is negotiable. One month's rent deposit. No Smoking which in NON-NEGOTIABLE. It has a two car garage, but can only fit one car due to the wheelchair ramp. We will not remove the ramp. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable deposit but no more than 3. Rent includes pest control service. Utilities and lawn maintenance is not included in the rent but that is negotiable. Utilities (electric, gas, water, trash) averaged under $300/month in 2025.
