I currently own a newly-renovated, beautiful rowhome in Canton, and there is one bedroom with one private full bathroom available for rent ASAP. The house has a fenced-in back patio with gas grill as well as two additional balcony/decks on the second and third floors, granite countertops, high end appliances, surround sound, wireless internet with upgraded speed, as well as HD cable with a centralized Comcast X1 DVR. The whole house is furnished with the exception of the bedroom and bathroom for rent. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the basement as well. Location is ideal as the house is only a few blocks away from Patterson Park and a 5-7 minute walk to Canton Square. I'm mostly looking for a roommate who is clean and responsible. I have no issues with my roommates having people over to chill, have dinner, grab a few drinks, but probably would want to discuss parties on a case-by-case basis. I keep the house very clean and hire a house cleaner every couple weeks as needed. Bills are not included in rent but are roughly $35/mo for TV/internet and $100/mo for gas/electric per person. There is also a quarterly water bill from the city which is around $15 per person. Preferred male roommate. Preferably no pets. Tenant will split utilities (BGE, Comcast, quarterly water bill)
