This is our beautiful only rental home. We love this place and hope you do as well. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (bathrooms have been updated 4/2023). We blew out a wall and expanded the kitchen which is open to the dining room and living room. Brand new remodel on master suite with walk-in closet, your own full bathroom with glass wall shower. Vaulted Ceiling in the dining room. Curved arch hallways. 2nd-floor room is a larger bedroom with a walk-in closet. Quiet, dead-end street, surrounded by and adjacent to Broad Ripple park, with quick access to the park, two doors down. Large breezy screened-in front porch. Large private backyard with a 5-year-old large deck Off-street driveway parking. Laundry in the basement - you must supply your own washer/Dryer unless you wish for me to purchase and include it in the rent. Storage throughout (inclusive of an unfinished basement). One car detached garage - Small... probably cannot park a car in the garage. It is better for storage. Sorry folks, we have had some very bad luck with pets, therefore No pets allowed. The home is best for 2 people. Less than one mile walk from the heart of the village of Broad Ripple, Monon Trail, canoeing, farmers market, the Central Canal towpath, and the Indianapolis Arts Center. The city is to spend $28 million more on beautifying Broadripple Park which is directly adjacent to our property - the park already has a new community center!! Broadripple park has the white river meandering through it. Also, Braodripple High School (two blocks away) is to be developed into a wonderful multi-use property. Hello, welcome to our only rental home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Also, the tenant is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the house (mowing the lawn, killing weeds, shoveling the driveway etc.)... As if it was your own home. Washer and Dryer is not provided... but electric hookup is available.
