    3.7 acre ag lot with variety of different fruit producing trees, beautiful rim lot at the end of Kahiliholo Road on Kalihiwai Ridge Ag sub-division. Over looking the valley and Kalihiwai stream. Mostly cleared lot, no house on lot, very gentle slope, ready for a house to be built. A single 64 sq ft tool shed, and solid road to enter the lot. 5 producing breadfruit trees, 5 producing lychee trees, and many other "food" trees. All soil and planting done with OMRI materials, and sustainable farming methods. There are rare Ohia trees on the lot and on the valley side. I have two house designs available for inspection. I was going to build in 2014 but was diagnosed with AML leukemia and the past 5 years have been a journey for a cure and now a recovery. I really don't want to sell but now I'm out of sufficient funds to build a house and/or continue to plant more fruit trees and remove guava trees and invasive trees around the perimeter of the north side of the lot.
