The majestic Kootenai River runs right next to the house with fishing access nearby. This cozy little home is within a short 5-minute walk of Main Street, the public library, and the park/ fairgrounds. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood within the city limits of Bonners Ferry. The main yard is fenced in, perfect for smaller children and pets. The back portion of the yard is garden-ready and includes a chicken coup, chicken run, and open space for activities. One year contract going month to month after the first 12 months, no prorating days only whole month's. First and last month's Rent due at signing with the sum of the last months rent refundable pending inspection of damage to the property does not include normal wear and tear. Rent is Due 1st of the month with a 5 day grace period at which time a late fee of $50 will be applied. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant will need to contact the City of Bonners Ferry to put utilities into thier own name. Tenants responsible for lawn care and general maintenance of the property. Tenants responsible for firewood procurement if they decide to use the wood burning stove for heat during the winter. Major repairs from normal wear and tear to the house will be covered by the landlord, any damage or repairs outside of normal wear and tear is responsibility of the tenant.
