I try to keep an eco-conscious property being conscious of how much energy we use as well as water, so ask all tenants to agree to this upon lease signing. The home comes fully furnished and a security deposit, equal to 1 month's rent, will be taken in addition to additional fees for any furniture items or household items damaged during tenants stay (outside normal wear and tear). There is a secondary dwelling/rental property not attached to this home but close by on the property that will also be rented. the property is meant to remain a more communal space with respecting designated private spaces for each dwelling.
