Once upon a time, two sellers lived on these nearly 10 acres in their home at 6244 W Hwy 68 in Golden Valley, AZ. They installed a septic system, a power pole and even an outdoor clothes line. Now years later, one seller remains and has priced this horse friendly property to sell. When the sellers purchased this property there was access from Hwy 68. Since then, the State of AZ has removed that access with concrete barriers and access is only from W Brook Drive and Linden. Currently there is a dirt dam that prevents vehicle access from Linden. Seller confirmed with the State and the County that neither entity constructed the dirt dam. Now the seller is not in a position to remove the dirt dam placed by unknown person or persons. Also, seller will pay for having the septic system inspected, but is not in the position to do any repairs. Finally, seller will not consider owner carry offers.
