There is also a fireplace for those cold nights when you want to set the atmosphere. There is also a half bath downstairs and two full baths on the second level. The master is an ensuite while the two secondary bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath that is assessable for either room. My home sits directly behind Walmart, La Fitness, and a host of other stores. *5 minutes to I285 and I85* *Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas/electric). *Trash bin must be set out by the curb either Sunday night or Monday morning and must be put away by the close of the day.
