A wonderful neighborhood and a very nice open bright apartment that went through a recent remodel. It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The entire apartment has wood type floors, beamed ceilings, lots of windows and a wall of windows toward the shared back yard. There is covered parking in the back. Use of the shared laundry is included. Available from June 10th 2013. Short term rental is preferred. 2-7 months, but longer is okay too. I can show it unit the end of May, although it looks pretty much, if not better than the photos.
