Brand new construction (as you can see from the photos), with only a minimal amount to finish up. We anticipate closing the home as early as June 1st, but could be as late as June 15th, so the move in is flexible in that timeframe. Two bedrooms / one bath. Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are included. Stripwood floors cover the home (no carpet!). High ceilings with a spectacular loft that could be used as an office, or an extra space for whatever you can dream up! One bedroom and the bathroom are on the bottom floor, and the second bedroom (and the loft, of course!) are on the second floor. Front patio has a swing for enjoying the peace and tranquility that comes with living in the country! There will also be a back deck that is being built on the home, but that part has simply not been started yet, but will be completed within the coming months. Grass is also being planted, as construction has just finished up! This home is located on the same property with two other family homes (which the co-owners of the rental home live in), Both are within eyesight, but are far enough away (2/10ths of a mile) that you will still have tons of privacy. We would love to get to know you, but are also willing to give you an abundant amount of privacy, if that would be your wish! Introverts and extroverts are both welcome, and we can be accommodating to both! There are large, grassy fields that surround the home, as well as mature trees, so there is tons of space for shade and for sunlight! Please be aware that we have some very friendly dogs (seriously - very friendly!) that spend a lot of time outside and roam the property. If you have any dogs or cats yourself, take that into consideration, and make sure that your outdoor animals are friendly and would not get into a scuffle with ours. The absolute last thing we would want is for one of our animals (or yours) to get hurt! Rent is $1,500 for a one year lease, and includes up to three pets. We would be willing to sign a longer lease if you would like to lock in the rental rate for an extended period of time! Applications are $40 per person for every person living in the home age 18 or older, and we will verify your credit, rental history, and total household income.
