We have a secure fenced backyard with modest gardens, perfect for gatherings and for pets. No pet deposit and all responsible pet owners are welcome. All utilities are in my name and I bill for them monthly, hence the extra $250 of security deposit. We have a group text going to promote good neighbor relations. I have one reserved parking spot for rent in front of the building for $100/month.( I have a total of three units coming available) There is ample on street parking available.
